Junior Service Technician
Full job description
Handle routine and advanced duties.
- Responsible for service, checking, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of all types of air-conditional systems.
- To assist the lead technician to provide maintenance and operation services for all customers
- To provide guidance and coaching to the technical team.
- To attend to & solve technical problems of any company products at the site.
- Knowledge of service, checking, and installation of air cond.
- Knowledge and hands-on of air cond system, inverter, air cond speed, and VRV/VRF system.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- With GDL license will be an advantage.
- Skill(s) : Diploma in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated practical training student (Intern) with a passion for technical and maintenance work to join our team in Shah Alam. This is a hands-on role where you will gain real-world experience in facility maintenance and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Certificate, SKM, TVET, or Diploma only (Minimum CGPA 2.50).
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Maintenance, Electromechanical, or HVAC (Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration).
- Strictly Enforced: Applications from Bachelor’s Degree, Information Technology (IT), and Business Administration students will NOT be processed.
- Students from Institut Kemahiran MARA (IKM), Polytechnics, Community Colleges, ILP, and other TVET institutions are highly preferred and encouraged to apply.
- Currently in the final year/semester requiring an Industrial Training placement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Shah Alam, Selangor before starting work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on tasks involving the installation, regular servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of various air-conditioning (HVAC) units.

- Record data and write brief technical reports on tasks completed for the superior.
- Perform other ad-hoc technical and maintenance tasks assigned by the management.
